We all are called but few answer

"I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk
worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called." (Ephesians 4:1)

The Christian's calling in Christ is a high calling. Since we are
encouraged to walk in a manner worthy of this calling, it behooves us
to make careful study of it, lest our lifestyle bring reproach to the
One who has called us.

First, the calling is "of God" and irrevocable.  If  you don't believe me ask Jonah, or ask Moses
Like Samuel when God calls you answer.  He choose often those that society would not choose.
A murder and liar and adulterous and he called him a man after his own heart that man was David.
He called one who was running away from himself and he sin, Moses.  Both men answered, are
you ready and willing to answer the call that God has on your life. We are called to minister,
whether it be to minister to your spouse or your children or your family or co-workers. You don't
need any fancy degree to title to share the gospel and the truth with others.

We are called "by his grace, for his purpose and his time" (Galatians 1:15) and "into the grace of Christ"
(Galatians 1:6). We are called "out of darkness into the marvellous light" .

We are "called into the fellowship with Christ our
Lord and Savior" (1 Corinthians 1:9).  " Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye
should follow his steps" (1 Peter 2:21). The "eternal life, whereunto
thou art also called" may not come easily, for it involves the "good
fight of faith" (1 Timothy 6:12). We are calle d "to glory and virtue"
(2 Peter 1:3), even "his eternal glory by Christ Jesus" (1 Peter
5:10), for we are "called the sons of God" (1 John 3:1). "Give
diligence to make your calling and election sure" (2 Peter 1:10)

Each day Christ is standing at the door of your heart knocking
hoping you will hear and allow him to come and do what he has desired
to all your life and still he stands there knocking.  Many are called but few answer.
Isn't it time you answered the door and find out what Christ wants with you?
To find out what it is that he has for you to do?

ITS TIME!!!!!
