A DAY OF REMBERANCE

Dear  God thank you for my brothers in arms that you have kept safe, that you for those brothers and arms that gave their lives so that we would be able to maintain the rights that make this nation great.  For each brother or sister in arms who is not able to see their child or spouse or love one's because they are standing on the front line, for us bless them keep the safe and bring them all home soon.  Let us never forget those proud men and women who gave their all, their very life's blood, for a nation that is becoming an Godless nation.

It is
the
 VETERAN not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.

It is
the
 VETERAN,
not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.

It is
the
 VETERAN not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.

It is
the
 VETERAN not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.

It is the

VETERAN
 who
salutes the Flag,

It is
the

VETERAN
who serves
under the Flag,

ETERNAL
REST GRANT THEM O LORD, AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON
THEM.
