Unselfish love
If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not to love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.
(1 Corinthians 13:3-8).
Lord teach me to love my bride, with unselfish love! That means meeting her needs not according to how comfortable or how easy it is for me! Love is God, so if we walk in love, then we walk with Jesus. If you are unable to love as Christ does. Then it's time you invite God, to let His perfect love be found active in you! Lord enable me to love with your perfect love all those that you place in my life!
