I'm Wrong (Order to be made righteous)

   I Am Wrong

"What are you wrong about, preacher?"

I don't know. If I knew I would change.

"Then how do you know you're wrong?"

Unless I'm perfect and know everything -- I must be wrong about
some things. I just don't know what.

"But I thought preachers knew everything."

Some of them may think they do. But even the Apostle Paul, who
wrote most of the New Testament, said he only knew in part.

Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we
shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know
fully, even as I am fully known.(1 CORINTHIANS 13:12)
There are two ways to face life: thinking you know everything
and are doing everything right, or realizing you are not yet
perfect. The first way is pride, the second is humility.

If you think you know everything, you cut yourself off from
learning. If you think everything you do is right, you almost
eliminate any chance of improvement.

Do you really desire to never know more than you do now? Would
it please you to never make any progress from where you are
now?

Then, to protect you from the enemy of pride, start each day
saying, "I am wrong. Lord, show me where to change."

Pride stunts your growth as a person. Pride retards progress.
Pride robs you — and can kill. Pride causes strife and destroys
relationships. Pride isolates. Pride closes doors of
opportunity.

Humility is the only antidote for pride and all its horrible
consequences.

The first step to being perfect is to realize you have a problem.

That you are faltered in this flesh and only through our savior
are you made righteous.

A christian actually admitting that you are a sinner, wow I always thought all you guys felt that you were perfect after all. You hate gays, yet your preacher molest children and your deacons sleep with married women. Your divorce rate is the highest of any group in the nation. You have churches for blacks and whites and others you don't even worship together???
Do you actually think your words are helping anyone or do you think anyone is actually reading this bullshit. Certainly none of your readers are living it. I watch this church group from my windows and to listen to young people there its very obvious that true Christians they are not from the words they say. Christians its just another white sheet to cover your sins under. While you watch porn, fight with your wives and hate your neighbors. All the time claiming that you would be there for each other. Tell me how many of these so called Christians are actual friends of yours? How many of them could you truly say would be there for you?
Lastly you guys talk about being the head and not the tail I have watched and visited a few churches, there is nothing in the church but the Pastor and perhaps some deacons that says that Christianity has anything to do with men. Yet most christian men, are dominated by a female, maybe that is why so many of your men watch porn on line and sleep with other wives in the church. Cause your wives control the sex strings in the house. My brother is a Christian and his wife decides when and how often they have sex, his best friends wife sleep with a deacon she was a whore but most of these supposed Christian women are seeking God because they were to ugly to find a real man and no man wanted her anymore because she was either to fat or used already. Its like the joke why do white women date black men? Because no one else will date their fat ugly asses but a low life under educated black man. But I'm sure he's a deacon probably in your church. Tell me would you honestly trust your wife near a deacon ? Or is she too fat and ugly and has she just lost all desire for sex that the deacons would waste their time with her or perhaps she just lost all interest in you???

Come on man, everyday you post this stuff, tell me how many of your 3 readers has this shit actually helped? You would have a better chance as setup an interracial porn site or dating site for slut Christian wives.

Your last email to me you prayed for me, wow so I gathering that must mean your some old fat guy, who became a Christian because you were man enough to join the military or play real sports in high school or college since we know you have your Doctorates. Tell me how many black attend your church??? How many gays attend your church, or welfare mothers, normally the same amount of black right since the black male normally can only find white welfare mothers and black women to go after. But perhaps your church and yourself are too white to let the poor in the door. Or perhaps your afraid your wife might get that fever that is rumored that old, fat and ugly white women get when white men do not desire them anymore. That jungle fever.

I watch my dad and my step-mom go through a divorce because her old fat ass found herself attracted to one of the nigger deacons, my father like most of you was such a wimp. If your woman was hot, and not fat and ugly like most I would certainly be more than happy to stop by and take her and show her what it is like to be with a real man. Why is that even Christian men are normally fat and old balding, ex- druggies, alcoholics, no job and little to no education. Between you and I, religion is just an excuse, like jail house salvation right?

In conclusion, it is my belief that Christians are simply men and women that could not get accepted into the cool crowd or get a real education or find a hot female or real man.

Dr. Henry, I'm not a Christian and I have been reading your devotionals now for about a month and I must say your words are wonderful they have caused me to pick up a bible and start reading it. I never wanted to hear what most preachers had to say it all seemed fake to me. But your words seem so different but I found when I do look it up in the bible that you are on target.

Thank you

Sam

Dr. Henry,

I appreciate all your devotionals too, thank you for taking the time to post!

In regards to Anonymous, I was skeptical like he was once, I belonged to the "Cool Crowd" drinking and driving, cheating on my wife etc... But after surrendering my life to Christ over 10 years ago God has given me direction and purpose.

Anonymous there is a God, he loves you and he changes lives try giving him a chance.

Dave
