Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:23-24).

We daily need to die to ourselves so that we might become more like Christ. Father Lord we know that our flesh is sinful, which is why  we want  more of you and less of us. As you search our hearts may all those things that do not glorify you, be removed. Give us your eyes to see the things we have been to blind to see, grant us your heart to love the broken hearted. Daily I shall seek your face and desire to live for you.
