Psalm 94:16-19
Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? Who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity? Unless the Lord had been my help, My soul would soon have settled in silence. If I say, “My foot slips,” Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up. In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.
(Psalm 94:16-19)
Oh, Saints, who can we trust? Who can we trust our anxieties, fears, doubts, and failures to? David was convinced, that his hope must be in God! Oh, church who is your hope in? Jesus proclaimed He would leave us. Paul declares that nothing can separate us from the love of God! So if God is for us who can be against us? Like David oh, church we must trust and know our God is with us no matter the storm or trial or tribulation!

Psalm 51: 10
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me”
(Psalm 51:10)
David the king, was aware of His great need for God’s forgiveness!
He had been measured and found wanting. Sin begins in the heart of mankind. It always promises high but always delivers low. Leaving us still wanting. When the reality is all we need is Jesus!
If we have sin in our hearts when we read the Word of God, we risk missing the beautiful and crucial messages the Lord has for us!
Daily we should begin our day in prayer requesting our hearts to be changed that it is in line with the heart of Jesus! Holy Spirit we want to love what Jesus loves and hate what Christ hates!
Oh church do you not know? God is ready and willing to forgive us (1 John 1:9), but He doesn’t leave us there. Jesus searches the hearts of mankind!
Jesus said to the adulterous woman,“go and sin no more”
Jesus forgave her and then called her to take action. Change comes from asking for the Lord’s help and being willing to act.
Before you pick up your Bible. Make time to pray that God chsnges your heart. Invite God to complete the work in Hearts that He promised He would complete.
To change our hard hearts.
In Ezekiel 36:26
We have a promise from God! One that we must hold fast to.
“ I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”
Oh Lord, create in us a clean heart and have mercy on me. According to your Word, we can come to you and obtain forgiveness. Please change our hearts to be in line with your perfect will.

Psalm 37:4
Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
(PSALM 37:4)
Interestingly enough as a child of God. Our desire should be to have more of Jesus. To know Jesus on a deeper level. To worship Him with our whole being! That must be our desire, that our lives be not about us. But all about our Redeemer, who set us free from our bondage to sin! Let the church seek to know the will of God for our daily lives and the strength to do His and our own sinful will!

Romans 5:1
Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. ”
(Romans 5:1)
Oh, church never forget that before we became Christians, we were in a war with God. We’re opposed to Him (the King of Kings). But when we, by His grace, came to repentance at the feet of the cross! We then surrender ourselves to Jesus Christ, and we have peace with God.
It was the love of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
We once were divided from God, we are now adopted into the Royal family of God.
Oh children of God when you’re seeking to live a godly life it causes division in your family. Don’t lament. Instead, think of it this way: it’s better to temporarily offend someone who doesn’t know Jesus Christ with a convicting message of the gospel and see them ultimately come to faith than to never offend them in any way and see them go into a Christless eternity.

John 14:15
If ye love me, ye will keep my commandments.
(John 14:15)
If this is a true characteristic of a child of God. Lord search my heart and remove all that is not of you! Let my life speak of you. Oh children of the true King. Let us love the Lord our God. With all our heart soul and mind. Let us love our neighbors ( spouse, children, church members friends, co-workers), as Christ did! So that the world will know for certain we are the true children of God. Holy Spirit, I cry out to you to pour out upon the body of Christ, the Agape love that can only come from God! That daily we may be found active in His perfect love. Which always seeks the greater good of others before itself.

It is common to all
No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he'll never let you be pushed past your limit; he'll always be there to help you come through it.
(1 CORINTHIANS 10:13) Daily I feel overwhelmed and want to say please take me home! I'm not strong enough for this! At some point, all of us will be tempted to lose hope and give up. But we always have a choice: focus on God and stay in faith, or focus on the problem and give up. Problems no matter how huge they seem to us are no problem to God. Nothing is too hard, or complicated, for God to solve. But God wants us to trust Him.
So what should you do when you are being tempted and feel like giving in and giving up?
Refuse!
Just keep your focus on the Lord and rejoice in His faithfulness. Remember that God cannot lie, and will never fail. God will see you through.

He is worthy
Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. Who covers thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind.” (Psalm 104:1-3)
David directs the follower of God to lift their voices to the Creator of the universe. Our whole being is called to bless the Lord at all times. He is my Redeemer and my Savior and Lord. Before the foundation of the earth was established. He knew you! What great love the Father has for mankind. What other god, do you know of, that would leave their thrown? To suffer in the place of the guilty? Let us bless the name of our Redeemer and Lord! For He is worthy of all the praises.

All that is
All things were made through him; and without him was not anything made that hath been made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness apprehended it not.
(John 1:3-5)
Do you not know? That the creator of the universe is mindful of you! Yes, you! He left heaven to come and see about us in our lost state! He is the light of the world. If you are His, then let the world which dwells happily in darkness see Jesus' light shining brightly in you! Stephen's light shined so bright that they decided he had to die. But Jesus' light can never be put out. Lord may your light be found operating daily in our lives. May all we do and say reflect your love to a world in darkness. May they see the light of Jesus operating in your life and desire to walk in the light of Jesus.

Are you an Ambassordor for Christ
We are ambassadors therefore on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us: we beseech you on behalf of Christ, be ye reconciled to God. Him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; that we might become the righteousness of God in him.
(2 CORINTHIANS 5:20-21)
An ambassador is a resident representative for the head of state of their own country.
As citizens of Heaven, we are authorized to represent our King, the Lord Jesus Christ, here on Earth.
Because of what Jesus did on the cross at Calvary you! Yes, you! Have been put in right standing with God. By the shedding of the blood of the Lamb of God! No longer are you a slave, but now a child of the King.
The logic supporting the plea in verse 20, to be reconciled to God, is found in verse 21: the sin separating us from God has been dealt with through Christ. So we no longer need to hide from God, or fear His judgment. Instead, we can enjoy His gift of being made right with Him. A good ambassador for Heaven must know the Word of God, and live it out accurately and according to the will of God! So that others will want to accompany you back to your Father's house. After He has many rooms, He wants His house full!

Jesus choses
Ye did not choose me, but I chose you, and appointed you, that ye should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should abide: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
(John 15:16)
Oh Church, let us rejoice in being the redeemed of the Lord! God so loved you, that He sent His only begotten Son down from Heaven! To redeem that which was lost. What love the Father has. I'm so thankful for Calvary, for there is where we were set free of sin. You are no longer a slave to sin. So stop acting like one! You are a child of the King of the universe. Act like a child of the King, so that the world might come to believe and know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior!

The wages of sin
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
This is why oh children of God. Our hope must be in Christ alone. Not in works plus Christ! Those that accept the gift of Salvation, that Christ offers to all of mankind. Is freed from slavery to sin. We must decide to trust and follow Christ. For there is no other name by which we can be saved!

I'm the way
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
(JOHN 14:6)
The original church was called the Way! The word translated as "way" means road. Jesus is the road to God.
The Bible is clear. Jesus did not lie. There is no salvation or access to Heaven without receiving Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved! Let the church rejoice that Jesus is the way to salvation. Is the way for the broken-hearted to find peace in Jesus. The way to find Perfect love is by finding Jesus! For Jesus is the way and the truth and light. Oh church if Jesus is not found in you. Then you are not found in Jesus. Let it be known to all that have ears to hear. Jesus is our all and all, if you have Jesus you have all that you need

Imitate Christ if He is in you
But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: 6 Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did. (1 John 2:5-6)
Why should Christians imitate Christ? They should do it for their own sakes. If they desire to be in a healthy state of soul-if they would escape the sickness of sin, and enjoy the vigour of growing grace, let Jesus be their model. For their own happiness' sake, if they would drink wine on the lees, well refined; if they would enjoy holy and happy communion with Jesus; if they would be lifted up above the cares and troubles of this world, let them walk even as He walked. There is nothing which can so assist you to walk towards heaven with good speed, as wearing the image of Jesus on your heart to rule all its motions. It is when, by the power of the Holy Spirit, you are enabled to walk with Jesus in His very footsteps, that you are most happy, and most known to be the sons of God. Peter afar off is both unsafe and uneasy. Next, for religion's sake, strive to be like Jesus. Ah! poor religion, thou hast been sorely shot at by cruel foes, but thou hast not been wounded one-half so dangerously by thy foes as by thy friends. Who made those wounds in the fair hand of Godliness? The professor who used the dagger of hypocrisy. The man who with pretences, enters the fold, being nought but a wolf in sheep's clothing, worries the flock more than the lion outside. There is no weapon half so deadly as a Judas-kiss. Inconsistent professors injure the gospel more than the sneering critic or the infidel. But, especially for Christ's own sake, imitate His example. Christian, lovest thou thy Saviour? Is His name precious to thee? Is His cause dear to thee? Wouldst thou see the kingdoms of the world become His? Is it thy desire that He should be glorified? Art thou longing that souls should be won to Him? If so, imitate Jesus; be an "epistle of Christ, known and read of all men."

The Lord will vindicate me; your love, Lord, endures forever do not abandon the works of your hands. (Psalm 138:8)
If we indulge in any confidence which is not grounded in Christ, our confidence is worse than a dream, it will fall upon us, and cover us with its ruins, to our sorrow and confusion. All that Nature spins time will unravel, to the eternal confusion of all who are clothed therein. The Psalmist was wise, he rested upon nothing short of the Lord's work. It is the Lord who has begun the good work within us; it is He who has carried it on; and if he does not finish it, it never will be complete. If there be one stitch in the celestial garment of our righteousness which we are to insert ourselves, then we are lost; but this is our confidence, the Lord who began will perfect. He has done it all, must do it all, and will do it all. Our confidence must not be in what we have done, nor in what we have resolved to do, but entirely in what the Lord will do. Unbelief insinuates- "You will never be able to stand. Look at the evil of your heart, you can never conquer sin; remember the sinful pleasures and temptations of the world that beset you, you will be certainly allured by them and led astray." Ah! yes, we should indeed perish if left to our own strength. If we had alone to navigate our frail vessels over so rough a sea, we might well give up the voyage in despair; but, thanks be to God, He will perfect that which concerneth us, and bring us to the desired haven. We can never be too confident when we confide in Him alone, and never too much concerned to have such a trust.

Forsake me not
Lord, do not forsake me; do not be far from me, my God.
22 Come quickly to help me, my Lord and my Savior. (Psalm 38:21-22)
Frequently we pray that God would not forsake us in the hour of trial and temptation, but we too much forget that we have need to use this prayer at all times. There is no moment of our life, however holy, in which we can do without His constant upholding. Whether in light or in darkness, in communion or in temptation, we alike need the prayer, "Forsake me not, O Lord." "Hold Thou me up, and I shall be safe." A little child, while learning to walk, always needs the nurse's aid. The ship left by the pilot drifts at once from her course. We cannot do without continued aid from above; let it then be your prayer to-day, "Forsake me not. Father, forsake not Thy child, lest he fall by the hand of the enemy. Shepherd, forsake not Thy lamb, lest he wander from the safety of the fold. Great Husbandman, forsake not Thy plant, lest it wither and die. 'Forsake me not, O Lord,' now; and forsake me not at any moment of my life. Forsake me not in my joys, lest they absorb my heart. Forsake me not in my sorrows, lest I murmur against Thee. Forsake me not in the day of my repentance, lest I lose the hope of pardon, and fall into despair; and forsake me not in the day of my strongest faith, lest faith degenerate into presumption. Forsake me not, for without Thee I am weak, but with Thee I am strong. Forsake me not, for my path is dangerous, and full of snares, and I cannot do without Thy guidance. The hen forsakes not her brood, do Thou then evermore cover me with Thy feathers, and permit me under Thy wings to find my refuge. 'Be not far from me, O Lord, for trouble is near, for there is none to help.' 'Leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation!'"
"O ever in our cleansed breast,
Bid Thine Eternal Spirit rest;
And make our secret soul to be
A temple pure and worthy Thee."

War amongst our members
For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. (Galatians 5:17)
In every believer's heart there is a constant struggle between the old nature and the new. The old nature is very active, and loses no opportunity of plying all the weapons of its deadly armoury against newborn grace; while on the other hand, the new nature is ever on the watch to resist and destroy its enemy. Grace within us will employ prayer, and faith, and hope, and love, to cast out the evil; it takes unto it the "whole armour of God," and wrestles earnestly. These two opposing natures will never cease to struggle so long as we are in this world. The battle of "Christian" with "Apollyon" lasted three hours, but the battle of Christian with himself lasted all the way from the Wicket Gate in the river Jordan. The enemy is so securely entrenched within us that he can never be driven out while we are in this body: but although we are closely beset, and often in sore conflict, we have an Almighty helper, even Jesus, the Captain of our salvation, who is ever with us, and who assures us that we shall eventually come off more than conquerors through Him. With such assistance the new-born nature is more than a match for its foes. Are you fighting with the adversary to-day? Are Satan, the world, and the flesh, all against you? Be not discouraged nor dismayed. Fight on! For God Himself is with you; Jehovah Nissi is your banner, and Jehovah Rophi is the healer of your wounds. Fear not, you shall overcome, for who can defeat Omnipotence? Fight on, "looking unto Jesus"; and though long and stern be the conflict, sweet will be the victory, and glorious the promised reward.
"From strength to strength go on;
Wrestle, and fight, and pray,
Tread all the powers of darkness down,
And win the well-fought day."

My Redeemer lives
I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth. (Job 19:25)
My Redeemer," and in the fact that the Redeemer lives. Oh! to get hold of a living Christ. We must get a property in Him before we can enjoy Him. What is gold in the mine to me? Men are beggars in Peru, and beg their bread in California. It is gold in my purse which will satisfy my necessities, by purchasing the bread I need. So a Redeemer who does not redeem me, an avenger who will never stand up for my blood, of what avail were such? Rest not content until by faith you can say "Yes, I cast myself upon my living Lord; and He is mine." It may be you hold Him with a feeble hand; you half think it presumption to say, "He lives as my Redeemer;" yet, remember if you have but faith as a grain of mustard seed, that little faith entitles you to say it. But there is also another word here, expressive of Job's strong confidence, "I know." To say, "I hope so, I trust so" is comfortable; and there are thousands in the fold of Jesus who hardly ever get much further. But to reach the essence of consolation you must say, "I know." Ifs, buts, and perhapses, are sure murderers of peace and comfort. Doubts are dreary things in times of sorrow. Like wasps they sting the soul! If I have any suspicion that Christ is not mine, then there is vinegar mingled with the gall of death; but if I know that Jesus lives for me, then darkness is not dark: even the night is light about me. Surely if Job, in those ages before the coming and advent of Christ, could say, "I know," we should not speak less positively. God forbid that our positiveness should be presumption. Let us see that our evidences are right, lest we build upon an ungrounded hope; and then let us not be satisfied with the mere foundation, for it is from the upper rooms that we get the widest prospect. A living Redeemer, truly mine, is joy unspeakable.

Fear must not become your master
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." (JOSHUA 1:9)
This is a scripture that address an issue that mankinds deals with fear/afraid daily. 365 times fear is mentioned in the Word of God. Why is that ?
When you stop and think about it for a moment. We might come to the conclusion that it's ridiculous to be afraid when God is with you and for you.
As humans, we tend to forget. Maybe that's why God said so many times to "Fear not!"Let us put our trust in Christ. For who can take us from the hand of God? He did not bring you this far to abandon you now! Rest in CHrist and know he will guide you the through valley of death, what shall we fear if God is with us?

Communion with Jeus
Abide in Me. (John 15:4)
Communion with Christ is a certain cure for every ill. Whether it be the wormwood of woe, or the cloying surfeit of earthly delight, close fellowship with the Lord Jesus will take bitterness from the one, and satiety from the other. Live near to Jesus, Christian, and it is matter of secondary importance whether thou livest on the mountain of honour or in the valley of humiliation. Living near to Jesus, thou art covered with the wings of God, and underneath thee are the everlasting arms. Let nothing keep thee from that hallowed intercourse, which is the choice privilege of a soul wedded to THE WELL-BELOVED. Be not content with an interview now and then, but seek always to retain His company, for only in His presence hast thou either comfort or safety. Jesus should not be unto us a friend who calls upon us now and then, but one with whom we walk evermore. Thou hast a difficult road before thee: see, O traveller to heaven, that thou go not without thy guide. Thou hast to pass through the fiery furnace; enter it not unless, like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, thou hast the Son of God to be thy companion. Thou hast to storm the Jericho of thine own corruptions: attempt not the warfare until, like Joshua, thou hast seen the Captain of the Lord's host, with His sword drawn in His hand. Thou art to meet the Esau of thy many temptations: meet him not until at Jabbok's brook thou hast laid hold upon the angel, and prevailed. In every case, in every condition, thou wilt need Jesus; but most of all, when the iron gates of death shall open to thee. Keep thou close to thy soul's Husband, lean thy head upon His bosom, ask to be refreshed with the spiced wine of His pomegranate, and thou shalt be found of Him at the last, without spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing. Seeing thou hast lived with Him, and lived in Him here, thou shalt abide with Him for ever.

His righteousness
So that no one may boast before him. 30 It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. (1 CORINTHIANS 1:29-30)
You ARE righteous if Jesus is your Lord. In fact, Jesus IS your righteousness. As a believer in Christ, Church remember this you will never be more righteous no matter what we do. For our salvation and our hope must be in Christ alone for our very best is like a filthy rag meant to be taken outside of the encampment and buried 6 feet under. I'm so glad that my salavation is not dependent upon how righteous I can be. But it is all about Christ and what He already done at Calvary for you and me!!!
